Baked Cheesecake

This recipe will make at least 24 pieces

Ingredients:

  • Philadelphia cheese
  • eggs
  • Bavarian creme
  • cake flour
  • Butter
  • Condensed milk
  • evaporated milk
  • sugar
  • Pre-made cookie dough

Instructions:

Roll your dough out to a thin sheet at least half an inch think. Make sure you have a tray that you would use for a regular sized muffin. Use a circle shaped cookie cutter and cut out 24 pieces then push them into the mold making it the same shape like a little bowl.

Mix 3 lbs and 10 oz of Philadelphia cheese along with 10 oz of condensed milk and 10 oz of sugar. Mix for five minutes then add. One handful of Bavarian and one lbs of butter and half a fourth of egg. Mix for three mins and then add 10 oz of cake flour and half a fourth of evaporated milk. Mix for five to six minutes and then fill each mold. Bake at 330 degrees for 20 minutes then after flip the tray and bake for 15 more minutes.

Bread Pudding

The classic bread pudding. Trust me you’ll want this recipe.

Ingredients:

  • 5 Harden bread
  • Some left over cake sponge
  • Milk
  • Water
  • Sugar
  • Cinnamon
  • Raisins
  • Vanilla flavoring

Instructions:

Break the five breads into half and put in a bowl along with the cake sponge. Put half a gallon of milk and half a gallon of water. Half a pound of sugar two table spoons of cinnamon and one shot of vanilla extract. Add a couple of raisins and mix with your clean hands make sure to leave a couple of chunks of bread. put it in a pan and cook for half an hour at 350 degrees and then turn the pan and cook for another half hour. Once cooked flip onto another pan.

French Toast

A classic but delicious breakfast item that all people enjoy.

Ingredients :

  • 6 Slices of Thick cut bread
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tsp of vanilla
  • 1 tbs of cinnamon
  • 1 tbs of nutmeg
  • 2/3 cups of milk
  • Butter or spray on butter

Instructions:

In a bowl beat the two eggs thoroughly and add in your vanilla cinnamon and nutmeg and whisk it again. Then add your milk and whisk once more. Spray or butter your pan and light in on medium heat. Dip your bread into the mixture and lay it on the pan until cooked. Repeat to the other five slices and plate it. For a good syrup, add a tsp of cinnamon and a tsp of vanilla and mix.

3 Leches Cake

The key to a perfect tres leches cake is the moistness. This recipe will help you make your cake from scratch and in my next blog you’ll learn a way of decorating your cake.

Ingredients:

Vanilla Extract 2 shots

Orange Extract 2 shots

Sugar 1 lb

Dozen eggs

Butter Extract 2 shots

A quarter of vegetable oil

9 lbs of Flour

Whipped Cream

Any filling

One gallon of milk

Condensed milk

Evaporated milk

Whipped cream topping

all three milks are mixed into a liquid which will be your tres leches once your cake is cooked wet the bottom layer and layer the filling on top then add on the second layer of cake and wet that as well whip your cream and cover your cake making sure every side is evenly covered.

Dinner Rolls

If your ever in charge of a big party and want to make your own bread rolls to make here’s a recipe you can use to make your rolls:

Dinner Rolls:

1 lb of sugar

6 oz of salt

4 oz of powdered yeast

4 qts of water

1 lb of butter or margarine

16 lbs of flour

Depending on the size of roll you want this recipe usually makes 3 to 4 dozens.

My First Blog Post

This is the first post on my new blog where every other day will be posting new recipes and tips on different foods and baked goods. I will also be giving cake decorating ideas for when you want to make your own delicious cake. Along with easy non-time consuming recipes for when you don’t have time or are lazy like me.
