Pumpkin Empanadas

Ingredients:

  • Empanada Shells
  • Canned Pumpkin
  • Sugar (brown)
  • Cinnamon (ground)

Instructions:

In a bag empty one can of pumpkin puree in a bag with one cup of brown sugar and 3/4 cups of cinnamon and mix. Then place on the empanada shells and put egg wash on all sides and close.
